Craig Walker, author of “On the Buses: The Complete Story” will be speaking on Thursday 13th May at 6.30pm. There will be a charge of £2.50 to cover costs. Everyone welcome. This is a fascinating story of one of Britain’s best loved comedy’s, starring the late Reg Varney.

The grand sale, which started today, also includes some bookshelves and stands if anyone is keen to purchase these. They are cheap to anyone who can take them away.  The sale is a genuine one, with books reduced from a fiver to 50p in some cases. Anna Champney will be reading from her novel “Buried Past, Hidden Secrets” on Thursday 1st April att 6.30. The cost of entry will be £2.50. The novel deals with how peoples past can affect their future. It is a search for identity. Anna will be reading from the novel and answering questions. All very welcome.
