Recently we have had a number of people not picking up books. Consequently we have a large number of books behind the counter without a home! These are often non-returnable. So we are now forced to charge in advance if the books are available. We are happy to take phone orders or e-mail but please bear in mind that an order is an order! Please order from us and we undertake to deliver asap. We pride ourselves on our prompt ordering service. We hope you appreciate that as a small concern we cannot afford to stockpile books we are unable to return.
