If you can’t get into the shop I can now offer a home delivery service within walking distance of the shop. So you can ring me on 589144 and order the book. I’ll do the ordering for you, receive the book at the shop and, if needed, deliver it your home.

This is what being a small independent bookshop is about - service. Use small shops or lose them. I will move heaven and earth to provide that service - but the shop needs more customers to make it work. You could be one of them!!
